| “Your initial submission, template 1 and the loan application are the crossroads of the entire loan process. Only a Senior Manager will evaluate and structure your loan when we receive this initial file over the internet. Our goal is to design a loan package that offers your client their initial loan request per the loan application as OPTION 1. Then after evaluating their template responses, we will work towards improving their cash flow, maximizing their tax benefits, offer lower rates through ARM products, etc as OPTION 2 and 3. Steve and I work well together as a team bouncing ideas off one another.
