You will always be provided with a lock confirmation from the lender disclosing pricing, program description, rate, and lock expiration for you to review for accuracy.

We are able to originate mortgages in every state, further broadening our banking base through facilitation arrangements with an institution exempt from licensing in all states and US territories due to the fact that they are a federally chartered bank.

Now YOU can offer First Mortgages, Second Mortgages, Lot Loans, One-Time-Close Construction Loans, Home Improvement Loans (HELOC), Commercial Loans, Hard Money Loans, etc to clients up to 103% purchase money and 125% cash out second mortgages. Even refinance a friend or family member! NOTE Licensed Real Estate Brokers are not allowed to originate FHA and VA loans.
